One thing that definitely holds its value is the rear side glass on a Ford Bronco 2. NOBODY makes replacements currently and every B2 today is a minimum of 31 years old. Far too many of them go into the crusher with those big curved pieces of glass still in them. Call around to glass companies and you'll likely find that if they can even get them, they are every bit of $300-$400USD for each one.

You could probably run a 1 peice rear shaft if you went with an aluminum shaft. The newer Chevy and GMC 3500s use a 1 peice shaft and don't have vibration issues. And if you're using a transfer case that originally came behind an Allison you could keep the slip yoke and use a bastard joint for the rear. I actually converted my 07 Chevy 3500 to a 1 peice shaft from a 2015 3500 and it slipped right into the transfer case and I've had no problems out it so far. Stay filthy!
