That was the impression I got too. It feels like much of this was only loosly preplanned and they improvised their characters exact wording. I just can't understand how the conversation can flow so smoothly when you have to account for the text to speech device! Do you think they have someone speaking for the Emperor, later replacing his voice with TTS?

@@mikaelolofsson2852 It is fairly scripted, but repeated takes will cause mistakes and with comedies mistakes can be better than what you had planned. I think Magnus shooting Cherubs was mostly because they found out Zoran (Leman) does a pretty terrifying baby impression. I mean, once you know that, why not use it for a chuckle?

Play Unravel. It's a fools hope, but I kind of feel that the vox-casts would be safer from being smothered from the Big Bad, if they'd like to keep making those. I know that doesn't matter in the end though, because much of the reason for the hiatus comes down to the lack of motivation that came over them during the current situation. Which I understand completely. Imagine TTS being done as a chore rather than a labour of love. I think we would be able to tell immediately.

The Dornian Heresy mentioned at the end is one of the earliest fan-made alternate Heresies, where Rogal Dorn essentially becomes the equivalent of Horus. The Loyalist and Traitor Legions are mostly flipped, with some exceptions, namely the Raven Guard turning Traitor, but Corvus Corax remains loyal. The Ultramarines also stay loyal, but Ultramar secedes from the Imperium. Konrad Curze sacrifices himself against the Arch-Traitor Dorn in place of Sanguinius, and the Legions are never broken up into chapters. Oh, and the Imperial Fists become the Black Legion, with Sigismund becoming the equivalent of Ezekyle Abbadon.

not sure if you've heard of it, but the Imperial Heresy (or "what if Big E got corrupted") is pretty neat Horus still rebels, but is still technically loyal - not to the Emperor, but to mankind meanwhile, Jimmy Space gets dragged off to the Eye of Terror after his defeat, with Lorgar becoming the Arch-Heretic primarch it's even more grimdark than the canon timeline

Not quite. The Remembrancers were in charge of recording events, while the Iterators were charged with teaching the Imperial Truth and general knowledge of the Imperium's forces and functioning to Imperial worlds, Guardsmen, etc.

Technically, Deathwing (or at the time better known as Neltharion) was the guardian of Azeroth itself, and had dominion over the deep places of the earth. He was meant to be Azeroth's greatest defender from any and all threats that would seek to harm the planet. And the reason why he went mad was because of the Whispers of the Old gods, who were dwelling in the deep places of the earth. Which is why Deathwing got so easily corrupted and his thoughts were twisted into madness. Also Alexstrasza is the guardian of Life upon Azeroth not fire, cause if that were the actual case then it would be really difficult to explain it because Dragons breathe fire.

White scars are probably my favourite loyalists next to the Salamanders. Although my favourite chapter is the raptors.

How did that happen? Those are two of the chapters I knew almost nothing about before TTS. I can't say I know much more of the Scars today, despite this Vox-cast. :) My favourite chapter are the Imperial Fists for the simple reason I liked yellow as a kid. But TTS later showed me what an excellent decision that turned out to be. :)

@@mikaelolofsson2852 I like the White Scars because I like the idea of a space marine legion that's fast af. I also like that they're cool with psykers, (thousand suns are my favourite chaos faction). Lastly, Jagathai is probably the most reasonable primarch. Even Rogal has his moments where he loses his temper. Jagathai always thinks things through before rushing into (ironic eh?) A bad decision. I like Salamanders best because their armour looks awesome and I find it ironic that the most "humane" chapter burns people alive. Raptors because I love when characters are just as smart/smarter than the reader/viewer. Plus camo marines? What's not to like?

@@irtazaazam6972 Fair enough. I was not in a position to make an informed choice back when I picked favourite. It was based on an old game I bought for my Amiga. The game only gave me three choices: Blood Angel, Imperial Fist and Ultramarines, it was pure luck it turned out to be a good fit. Imagine if my favourite colour had been blue. ;)
