I believe the town they're showing while discussing Commoragh is Gävle, where Alfabusa grew up. The architechture seems like the 1970's Swedish projects, slightly reminiscient of the Soviet style. Not 100% on that one, though, so don't take my word for it.

Ganz ehrlich jetzt wo ich mir das ganze noch mal in Ruhe angesehen habe verstehe ich erst was gemeint ist. Ich dachte er ist einfach nur cringe .
