Nah it's been shown he sucks at fighting multiple times in comics, he doesn't need to fight with superspeed and even before getting powers he got bullied. Superspeed fights consist of launching yourself like a bullet, stopping yourself as quickly as possible then doing so again, as long as you hit with that it does monumental damage

That means the flash can move faster than light, and any object that can move that fast can easily destroy the world just off the pocket of air it leaves behind, what do you mean the flash launching himself like a bullet wouldn't do a lot of damage? If he didn't have the speedforce then him running would create nuke like damage

The whole thing about superman is he has all the power in the world, but chooses not to act on that, actually struggles to not destroy things, he only makes it seem easy because he had to grow up with all of these abilities from as a baby to an adult, it isn’t easy regulating how you breathe so you don’t accidentally freeze someone, accidentally vaporize someone with heat vision, destroy someones own body with your durable one, hes gotta to be conscious and aware of alot of things just so he doesn’t hurt people by just existing, hes got to be human
