I was a toddler when this came out. It's a shame I went 47 years before hearing this gem. U r correct. WVON made a lot of Artists Local Superstars. I was living in the Cabrini Greens and had just met Helen Jean Blossom. she and I had some really nice times there in Old towne off Wells and Division. I dodged death many times living in those Projects. I used to wonder how could such good music be on the radio and all the killing going on in those Projects. Wow! I made it out. I really would like to see Helen again. I was her first and she was mine. GOD BLESS!!!
