@@Narikvp If you consider a couple of the really close games that we simply should have closed out then we'd be in a pretty good position even with the injuries. I keep trying to tell people that Kyle Shanahan is arguably the best game planner in the league BUT ALSO one of the worst at adjusting the game plan during the game. Remember he's lost 3 SBs from winning positions when the other team adjusted and he failed to adjust. That's what Andy Reid has over Kyle. *IF (and its a huge if) Kyle learns how to adjust or gets an assistant who's specific job is formulating back-up plans then we could easily win 2 or 3 SBs in the next 6-7 years. You always have to consider there's 31 other clubs who will do all they can to avoid that, but we have a great combination of talent. We just aren't getting the best out of it right now.

He needs somebody that can tell him when he is about to make a poor situational play call on offense. That level of trust doesn’t exist for him with any of his assistants.
