If I was to give a premise based on the intro (pretty easy due to the MHA influences throughout), it would be as so: The people of springfield is part of the world of quirks with Radioactive Man as a major hero (either in Springfield or a high rank in the US who chooses to position himself in Springfield) with people looking up to him in a similar way to All Might over in Japan. Bart is quirkless in this reality (with his hairstyle and that frame of people making fun of him giving major Midoirya parallels) but wanting to be a hero (possibly being a trouble maker/actting out to stop people seeing him as weak). Homer trains Bart to be a hero with Homer being either a retired hero/hero trainer who trains Bart as he sees the current generation of heroes striving to uphold their brand image over using their powers to protect everyone (think Stain's motivations but without the killing) or secretly being Radioactive Man (a production concept would of been having Krusty as Homer's secret identity) and looking for Bart to be his successor with his quirkless body being able to change to inherit his power compared to the sisters whose bodies have already adapted to their own quirks. Marge's sisters are villains (Marge could of been a former villain or just has similar powers). Mr Burns is the series All For One, damaged after a previous fight (with Radioactive Man or the hero identity of Homer or Grampa if they were heroes) and now uses a chemical similar to Trigger to boost himself and villains. After training, Bart creates the vigilante identity of Bartman to fight the boosted villains, probably having Sideshow Bob as his first/arch enemy. He soons joins his classmates and Radioactive man to take down Mr Burns.

They can totally watch the older ones now, which is great. Unfortunately it will never have the same impact. The Simpsons had a cultural relevancy that was pretty much unmatched in the 90's. Watching it now would be like watching The Golden Girls. Sure, you can appreciate it decades later, but you'll never really understand how great it was to live through it while it was happening. Add on being a kid in the 90's watching it? Man... Nothing comes close. But let me just make clear- the writing, wit, and humor is STILL worth revering, regardless of when you watch it. I'm not arguing against that. It's definitely worth going back and watching.

I kept returning to this many times during the day, I just love the many little details and how well it plays with the scrapped concept within the show about how Bart doesnt respect homer but originally homer was meant to be krusty someone who bart idolizes! This is silly, that I try to make my own little story of a single animation where Bart doesnt have a super power and for this hes an outcast and much like naruto he acts out to call for attention while he deep inside wants to be a hero like his idol.. And homer is that idol, he carries the burden of a secret identity while I think marge knows the secret and supports homer! He cannot balance the life of a hero and a father making bart only see him as the usual bum. Homer looks like hes soon retiring so he gets more time with his family, much like krusty hes far from his glory days but bart still believes in him his hero, homer now aware that his son is in pain he seeks to help him reach his potential with the care he lacked all these years eventually Homer pushes past his limits one more time to protect the future generations.
