It’s true. Bowser is on the most Wanted list and deserves to be in prison for all eternity. He may be good at playing the piano, but still gets to be punished for all those crimes. Also, I couldn’t bear to see that fire-breathing bastard hurting Mario like that, probably in this video, before Mario hits him back really hard after he and his brother, Luigi grabbed that star. I can just skip that part.

Technically, Bowser is within his legal rights to have Luigi detained and imprisoned. Luigi did technically trespass onto Bowsers land. Th extortion charge is valid though. I'm surprised Bowser didn't get a torture charge from that, unless it falls under extortion.

Technically the koopa troopa turns into a dry bones and is still alive So I would count it as mutilation instead of murder Also since it was technically a war I would count the 250 penguins as prisoners of war thus the false imprisonment charge (aside from Luigi) would become a war crime charge However the kongs wouldn't be war crimes as they had not technically declared war yet so all those charged were indeed correct Also id count the banzai bill as attempted war crimes instead of attempted terrorism since it is quite literally a nuke

This is a great sentence for the one and only koopa king, but that does make me wonder how much of these charges stick, considering he is a king of his own kingdom, said kingdom would have its own laws and jurisdictions, which im sure he doesnt bother much with establishing other than the ones that keep him in power Granted, most of these crimes were committed againts other kingdoms and people outside of his kingdom, which leaves him liable to most of his crimes
