Let's see, he got trespassing and assault in the aspheera flashback. The anacondrai war is a war so he's treated as a soilder in the front lines. The pilot, season 1, and season 2 are pardoned by the Royal family - besides for the pilot and seasons you can argue the devourer's venom is the one making him do all his crimes. But then the oni trilogy happens and for season 8 & 9 he gets mass prison breakout, property destruction in the bounty and a lot of other buildings, terrorism, assault on the police, assault on the ninja - who are basically a second police force with all the shit they dealt with -, attempted murder, first degree murder, mass false imprisonment, mass property destruction, leading the SOG in hunted, all the SOG's crimes, and probably few others I miss. And then in 10 he gets property destruction for breaking the walls of the vault, destruction of the realm crystal - his plan even though Lloyd did it -, and technically mass genocide of the oni. But these I guess you can say is the result of a war and the entirety of ninjago - garmadon included - are defending their homeland against the oni, so I'm not sure if we should count them as that's like counting soilders accountable for mass murder of enemy soilders. Then in the flashbacks of crystalized he gets reckless endangerment and destruction of public property. However I don't think he's accountable for the destruction he caused when fighting the crystal king's army as that's another war scenario and he's defending his homeland. That's for now, unless you count the comics
