If There Were Only Three Days Left in Your life, How Would You Want to Spend Them?

假如人生只剩下三天，你會想怎樣度過呢
🔆想同大家分享一個我兩年前讀碩士課程的時候一堂課上的一個問題：
“如果你的人生只剩是三年。你會想要怎樣度過呢？”
是繼續現在的生活方式呢？還是會有所改變？
其實人很有趣，都會覺得健康是理所當然、時間是理所當然……
好多事都可以等，等我們沒那麼忙就陪父母去旅行✈️
等到工作壓力沒那麼多，我們就會開始照顧自己❤️
🔆我去年學佛的時候，同學們就會一起討論這樣的問題：
如果人生還有30年那你會怎樣過⁉️
如果是只剩13年，你又會怎樣過⁉️
又如果只剩3年，你這3年又要怎樣過⁉️
如果你會發覺你現在做的事，會完全不想去做，那我們就可以想一想，究竟你現在過得開不開心呢❓
🔆很多當下的年輕人對si亡這件事都是比較回避，都不願意去正視。
但是其實我相信，如果我們找到了人生真正重要的事，我們就可以坦然去正視「死亡」的。
如果我們年老在病床上面，要離開這個軀殼的時候，回想起我們以前每一日都將時間放在我們真正覺得重要的事情上面，相信我們就會今生無悔了！
If There Were Only Three Days Left in Your life, How Would You Want to Spend Them?
🔆 I would like to share a question that was posed to me during a course I took two years ago while pursuing my master's degree: "If you had only three years left in your life, how would you want to spend them?" Would you continue with your current lifestyle, or would you make some changes?
Human beings are interesting. We often take our health and time for granted, and believe we can wait for everything, like travel with parents when we're less busy ✈️ or start taking care of ourselves until work pressures ease up❤️.
🔆 Last year, when I was learning Buddhism, my classmates and I discussed such tions: What would you do if you had 30 more years to live? How about if you only had 13 years left? or only 3 years? If you find that you have no desire to continue doing what you're currently doing, it's worth contemplating whether you're truly happy with your life.
🔆 Quite a few young people nowadays tend to avoid thinking about death. However, I believe that if we find what truly matters in life, we can face death with equanimity. When we are old and lying on the sickbed, reflecting on each day we spent focusing on what truly mattered to us, we will have no regrets in this lifetime!
