Embarrassed af. I see now this video is reiterating what I personally have already learned/know. it’s beautifully highlighting the depth of strength I embody. Perceived false weakness or incompetence, sets me off. Overstimulated from to much smiling and defensive bc I keep my guard up when I’m in the world to protect myself from attacks.

Yeah I think that's one perspective but there's actually some basic rules about decent behavior that chasing does not always tonight the illusion of desperation or perhaps the notion of chasing needs to be elaborated but if someone pulls away what does that mean does that mean ghosting no I think there's no excuse for that if a person is so weak and damage that they can't even let someone know that they're alive then that's not pulling away that's demonstrating a profound lack of character

Ibshit you not...my SP just sent me 4 texts 20 minutes ago as I am watching this. He ghosted me back on October 11...as I was listening to this and commenting to your comment he sent me 4 texts. I haven't opened them and not sure what to do. I'm watching this video trying to get over my SP. Ughhh

Agreed. Wish i watched it earlier this year actually. Been dealing with a separation from my husband and going towards divorce, my favorite person/boyfriend distanced himself all year from me pretty much and barely feel like friends right now, i lost my job and the friend i made there too, with that one i know why he ignored me. But the boyfriend IDK why he is still ignoring me but I'm trying to just back off from everyone now. My mom died in September also so it's been a year of heartbreak and me finding myself was supposed to be great but it ended up ending with my mom dying and i got thrown into the psych ward twice and still am struggling to keep my head above water

@corynnmccowen3121 you are dealing with so much loss. Right now you need alone time from any romantic partner. Just focus on yourself. It's hard but if ypu can find a hobby or have any close friends ? Or if you have kids just surround yourself with family. Maybe get therapy to help with the loss of peopl3. Therapy can help. I promise you life gets better. I've gone thru this am going thru this and I know it does. Main # 1 thing is if you belive in a higher power, then give all your troubles to the higher power and have Faith. Your life will change once you let your Higher Power take over your problems.
