Favorited!! This was an awesome video, you really did a great job! I love FFVII, its such a great story. And Crisis Core? There are no words for it! I've seen many people complain that Square Enix exploited FFVII's success by making Crisis Core and Advent Children but, I bet that if those same people played this game by the time they got to the end there would be no way they couldn't have some sort of emotional reaction to it. That is what makes it an amazing story :)

While this is true, there was an obvious connection between Cloud and Zack. I think it could be argued subconsciously Cloud knew what Zack did for him which is why after Cloud's mind and memories got all twisted from the Mako poisoning he essentially took on a mix of Zack's persona with his own. Hero worship in a sense. I know one can say he just wanted to be a Soldier First Class, but Crisis Core adds a whole new layer of depth to Cloud through Zack. I love both characters. Cloud a little more.

Yes, it is. It's actually the reason I bought a PSP. On the bright so though the PSP doesn't cost that much anymore, at least the original doesn't. If your thinking of getting a PSP just get the original, at the very least don't get the PSP Go. I did and I traded it in, losing my money, because they switched to download only games and the online store you buy them from has a very tiny selection. Anyway, this game really is well worth it, it's one of my absolute favorites.

Sure Zack is adorable - who can't love the "puppy". Cloud, well he really milks the "woe poor me" act {I mean Tifa suffered as much as he did with the destruction of their village and yet is stronger than him for not lamenting}... and in all truth he didn't love Aerith [neither did she] as he was more acting off the belief he was Zack [seeing as his brain was 'fried' for the first Final Fantasy VII bits]. But give me Angeal and Genesis any day. Both had characters that could have gone better

You've obviously never played the FF7. Cloud didn't have a freaking clue what was going on when Zack died because of Mako poisoning and in a way Genova's influence. He acted out of it more base instinct but did he actually comprehend - not in the slightest.

I dunno in my mind it's cool to think of it like that. After playing Crisis Core I replayed Final Fantasy 7 and thought to myself. Well maybe Cloud subconsciously chose to take on character traits from Zack, out of respect, and to honor his memory on some subconscious level. Furthermore it was Zack's influence that in the end gave Cloud the confidence to step up and become in my opinion the greatest hero in Final Fantasy history.
