- How we compost at sea : throws leftover to fishes to clean How we dishwash : I was half expecting you to throw the dishes for the fishes to clean too ^^. - I'm quite fascinated by this rocking stove. Does it rotate only on one axis, or is it multidirectional ? And what's the system that keeps it balanced and not overrocking ? - I was gonna ask how long (and how much) can you guys store fresh foods on the boat, but you kinda answered by showing the fridge - Live cooking videos ? Absolutely ! Everything you cook alwyas look delish. I'm pretty sure you can set up a Live Insta (although KZbin allows livechats too, if I'm not wrong) 2 things I might add, though : Home cooking protip N°1 : Start by preparing the cold dishes (salad, entrée ...etc) first. They won't run the risk to run cold by the time you finish the hot ones. Pro tip N°2 : if you're going to do al dente pastas, get them out when they're slightly undercooked, just before al dente (if the pasta requires 7 minutes cooking, for example, get them out at 6), and while you're doing the sauce, when it's nearly over, drop the pastas in the saucepan, then get the stove on strong fire, and stir fry it for a few seconds. Let the sauce finish the cooking of the pastas, that way, the flavor will penetrate the pastas while you get their finishing touch. Be warned that it's really a matter of a few seconds (depending on how undercooked they were, but you can't quite have them undercooked too much neither, so there is a treshold), and it's easy to overcook them that way (because by the time you plate it, the time it spends on the plate in the hot sauce keeps cooking them with the steam, so you'll have to take that into account too), so you'll have to be careful. but a few tries should be enough to get the hang of it. Bon appétit ! - And yeah, as soon as I saw the mandolin, and how gleefully you were handling it, I was bracing myself for impact... - A Jamie Oliver portion ? (speaks in Uncle Roger) Haiyaaaa... Btw, how funny is that you're posting this boat life vid right when One Piece drops on Netflix !?

Technical response: stove rocks on one axis. It rocks (stays level) when the boat rolls from side to side. Usually we lock it in place when we’re at anchor but sometimes when the boat rolls, the stove needs to rock too to keep level. Everything moves on a boat so you just have to move with it 🙂🙃
