Hello Everyone and welcome back to another quick and delicious recipe.
Today we are making Passionfruit Mousse and its one of my favorites go to recipes when I'm in a rush to make a delicious dessert, literally preparation takes 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
3 large passionfruits
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of reduced cream
Water
Method:
Remove the pulp of 2 1/2 passionfruit and reserve 1/2 for garnishing
Combine the pulp with water in a measuring cup to 500ml in total
In a blender combine the prepared pulp, condensed milk and reduced cream
Beat for about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile combine the remaining pulp with a little water.
Place the mixture in a serving dish or individual glasses and garnish with the reserved pulp.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy!
Note: If you can't find large passionfruit like this one make sure to use a larger number.
When adding the reduced cream avoid using the water that is a the bottom of the can.
You can also substitute fresh passionfruit with concentrated juice or canned pulp.
