I used regular hair ties for my two ponytails, so honestly, it’s no trouble! I only have trouble taking hairstyles out when I use clear elastics. This took me less than a minute to take out ❤

So funny, I recently started doing my messy buns with knots just like that! My hair’s tailbone length, too long for the typical messy bun, but if I start with a high ponytail, split it then knot, knot, knot, knot, knot and circle it around my ponytail with a few bobby pins or tiny claw clips? Voila, messy bun. I’ll have to try them in an updo, I never would have thought of that! Thank you Lainey Marie!
