About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

I was struggling with ptsd thoughts for many years and even though i was able to recognize thoughts as thoughts not having anything to do with me when it came to ptsd thoughts their charge was just too much until…I stopped interpreting them and instead facing them so whatever happened happened and thats it theres nothing more to it, to interpret is nonsense and im not gonna engage in it anymore i finally feel a big shift for the first time in a looooong time

I took a break from your vids to listen to the very old masters gurus stuff that multiplied lately on KZbin in different voices and translations, but today I returned, out of what else is here curiosity, and this vid is so refreshingly contemporary and pertinent. Love it. It’s like a garden of teachings out there. All come from the same ground, from seeds, all flowers turning into a beautiful garden. We’re blessed to be able to have access to all. To each his own and to all everything.

Beautiful video. 🙏 Not long ago I believed what you were saying about thought but for the life of me I couldn't approach this. Now it seems so bloody obvious. I realized fairly quickly that it's not about trying to pry open results. You do this and the mechanism breaks which causes perception layers to peel away in their own time. That's what happened to me anyway.

From what I understand, any practice should take the form of stopping doing something, as if to clear away the clouds that obscure the sun that is already present. I'm finding helpful the practice of (trying to) stop identifying with a particular aspect of experience (thoughts, sensations, effort to do this practice itself etc) and instead embracing all appearing things equally, without preference. Is this a useful practice?

What your doing here is the only thing that really matters. What a spectacular gift! Thank you! The thought that causes fear here is, "other people won't take you seriously with this stuff". Who needs who to take what seriously?how amazing that the one interconnected light show is appearing this way with such a complex and convincing narrative.

I don't understand why there is seeking here, why there's an assumption that there is seeking here, why there is a thought that there's an assumption that there is seeking here, why the next thought feels like seeking again, why there is this drive to ... do? assume? become? run? change? not miss something? That this something is some definite thing? Where is the fear-barrier? Have I had an awakening? I truly do not know. I don't know what is, what I am, what "this" is. Is this it? Why does it feel like seeking? Can I even remotely relate what is going on here right now? I know that I can't, but I somehow assume or hope that I can anyway!? And why do I feel a need to? Wtf bruh I feel trapped in thoughts about trying to escape thought. What am I even trying to do? Or trying to reach? There is no point to reach, I know that, but that's also a thought. Angelo, you said to look at the projector, not the screen. Something about a "stopping place". I wish I knew what that means.

There is something here that believes thought because, in some way, they are most of the time triggered by something that we are experiencing (not always of course). So are felt as somehow legitimate. Is not that thoughts are absolutely caotic no matter context. They have some sort of concordance with reality, that is the diffuculty here. Angelo is so palpable the way to talk from pure love, thank you for the content..

This video was incredible helpful! Thank you so much for this work! I am lucky to have found you. If you could address how to approach pain in the body. I have my kundalini awake, and it causes me a lot of discomfort sensations and also intense pain in some areas of my body, a lot of thoughts of resistance to this pain. Doing this investigation with the thoughts I started to see that this "me" that I referred to my whole life doesn´t actually exists. I had a few tastes about being fully awake. However, when the pain and uncomfortable sensations start to increase, things get out of control with a lot of identification with thoughts like "this is killing me", "I can´t handle this", "how am I suppose to function?" etc

One thought at a time???? That would not be a problem, I guess. But how to handle large clouds of thoughts or a thought fog without clearly distinguishable thoughts? Layers of thoughts, partly unconscious or half-conscious plus noises, different music etc.? All very elusive when focused on. There is no single thought I could (not) believe in or disengage from. So where to begin, where to look??????

@@thedoubler67 I did not say there was a need to figure anything out. Seems you and the people who liked your comment do not understand at all what my question was about. @wolfgang4468 nobody is trying to be more enlightened here, my comment was light hearted/tongue-in-cheek. Sounds like you're projecting a bit. Instead of lashing out, consider that the misunderstanding may be in part due to text not conveying tone/intent very well. I did pose my comment as questions to you, after all, and not authoritative statements. Take it easy ✌️

In general, large amount of (unwanted ?) thoughts are caused by unsettle emotions. We can't control thoughts, we can only work on their causalities and our relation to them. To decrease the amount of thoughts and their "dramatic weight" we have to face our demons. Whatever that mean for you. You can also pick one "negative" emotion that is relevant in your experience and try to 1) understand the wisdom/positive reason of why this emotion exist (there is, even if you don't see them) and 2) learn to give you a delay before reacting when this emotion occur, then ask yourself if your reaction matter now that the universe has move on (it won't, almost all the time). Hope that help.

dear angelo wonder what your thoughts about this is : meditation and witnessing is more of a masculine approach to spirituality while love and devotion is very naturally a feminine approach to spirituality when we weave these two approaches (meditation&love) together than we have tantra? love that violet is sometimes showing her emotions and crying and knowing these are just energy passing through but yes we females are more love and less mind?

There’s a thought that says, "Thoughts are entertaining." D'oh! Then there’s another thought that says, "Thoughts are sneaky fuckers." D'oh! And yet another thought chimes in, "What is this energetic sensation?" D'oh! It's like Homer Simpson is running my mind - d’oh, there’s a recognition: thoughts are sneaky! 🤣 And in this recognition, there is a question: If all thoughts are concepts, then what could I possibly be without the I? Stop 🛑, stop it, stop what? Identifying with thoughts. But who or what reminds me to stop?
