I've never boiled potatoes so quickly. A very easy recipe with 1 potato and 2 eggs. The ingredients and preparation method are described below. The dish has been known for a long time, but I can make this recipe every day for breakfast or lunch! It is so delicious.

Ingredients and cooking method:
1 grated potato.
Flush with water.
Sauté 1 (red or white) chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.
Put the onion in a bowl.
Grease the pan with 50 g butter.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 eggs, 1 chopped onion, salt, pepper, a bunch of chopped parsley, 80 ml water to the fried onion. mix it up
Turn the potatoes over and place 4 pieces of cheese on top.
Pour the eggs over the potatoes.
Cover with a lid and fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Turn off the stove and wait another 5 minutes.
