You know… you can wash well and cut up the skins too and either bake or fry them too! They have nutrients and are delicious too. Plus, you don’t throw away something that’s edible too especially when you peal them and leave so much of the potato on them. Just sprinkle some salt and you’re good to go! Thank you for your recipe.
