Pasta with tuna is an incredibly delicious and easy to prepare dish! 😋
I have prepared a delicious tuna pasta recipe that you can cook at home without going to a restaurant 👩‍🍳
It's easy and great for dinner!

Ingredients:
● Olive oil - 2 tbsp
● Onion - 1 pc
● 4 cloves of garlic
● Sweet smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp
● Tomato sauce - 1.7 cups
● broth or water - 1.7 cups
● Raw Penne Pasta - 0.5 lb
● Canned tuna - 2 cans
● Greek yogurt - 4.5 oz
● Parsley
● Mix salt, pepper

I am an Italian and cook by profession. For me, cooking pasta is like brushing my teeth in the morning. But I haven't seen in my whole life that raw pasta is cooked directly in sauce^^ A tip from me; fry onions and garlic in olive oil, add fresh little tomatoes, deglaze with a little wine, add caper and olives. Let everything stew. When pasta is ready, mix with sauce. Seasoning. Add tuna as well as some basil and parmesan. Done!

Thank you for this recipe. I made some modifications and put a can of diced tomatoes instead of tomatoe sauce (it added a good amount of sauce moisture), and I also had half mayo and half yogurt with Reganno egg wide noodles. It was an absolute bomb, my husband couldn't stop eating🤭

This recipe looks mouth-watering and I am definitely going to make it. I love your cooking but also your kitchen equipment, I don't have a skillet like that, I will have to buy one. Pasta became my go-to food during the first lock-down in the UK. I used jars of sauce I had had in the cupboard and also made my own sauces and used tins of veg I had in the cupboard. Pasta is one of the easiest and most versatile foods out there, delicious.

My grandmother is almost turning 109,she still walks for a long distance without any problem.When we go to the village she is always happy to help us prepare the meals,chopping potatoes,and preparing pease for cooking...she usually take sugarcane nicely,we usually think the reason for her longevity is because around her 70-80yrs years she was having stomach problems,so there is this lady who advised her to be eating raw food,and cayenne pepper...,she usually put very little cooking oil in her food,no milk,no meat alots of fruits and vegetables..she always eat little amount of food...her eyes,teeth,and bones are very strong.She gave birth to 13 children's,,

Tip: if you only open the Tuna a little bit, you can just tip the oil down the sink. I do it with tinned mackerel.

Pouring oil liquid oil down the drain hardens in the pipes and can create fatbergs. As the oil travels along your pipes, it leaves tough residue that builds up over time. Sewers are full of chemicals from cleaning supplies, the oxidization of pipe systems, and decomposing waste.

In Italien machen wir das ohne ZWIEBELN, ohne PAPRIKAPULVER und überhaupt ohne SAUERRAHM...nur Olivenöl, Knoblauch, Passata di Pomodoro und Peperoncino mit Thunfisch. Mehr brauchst du nicht.

Tja, sie ist aber nicht in Italien und es gibt verschiedene Arten zu kochen. So wie sie das gemacht hat ist es auch richtig und auch lecker. Wenn dir das nicht gefällt, dann mache es so wie du es willst. Du brauchst aber ihre Art zu kochen nicht runtermachen.
