To make this cheese pasta recipe you will need the following

Recipe:
Pasta - 200 gr.
Small onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 pcs.
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper - 0.5 teaspoon
Oregano - 0.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 3/4 teaspoon
Chile - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 100 ml.
Cream - 150 ml.
Cheddar cheese - 150 gr.
Mozzarella cheese - 150 gr.
Butter - 50 gr.

As a college student, this recipe is one of my stables. However, I have two tips as someone who did it multiple times: 1. Don't add salt until the end! With the salty pasta water and maybe salted butter, it's better to taste first how much salt you will need 2. Adding both milk and water a whole batch might make it watery. Good sauce but watery. I add the creme first (it can be heavy tin ones. For us, it's much cheaper and same flavour). After the creme, add gradually some milk and some pasta water. Remember, pasta water has starch and will make it thicker. Bon appetite!!

As an Italian, I say no oil in the pasta water because the sauce doesn't stick to the pasta

A spoon of oil or more won't do anything....

prepare the sauce in an extra pot, the sauce also sticks better to the pasta if there is no oil in the pasta water

@@setatempa нет двух видов сыра (не самых дешёвых) и сливок и у нас в селе из специй черный красный перец и лаврушка. И вообще без макорон о котрых идет речь в названии ролика а с мясом курятиной было ы гораздно вкуснее. Это я так думаю.

Hi, indeed, generally pasta is put into water that is already boiling. If the water is boiling well when the pasta goes in, the pasta will cook more loosely and evenly. Also, I am wondering about ànd cheddar ànd mozzarella ànd cream ànd milk ànd butter. I am sure that it must taste quite good, but it is very rich, in my modest opinion. Personally, I would hold back a tiny bit on (some of) those, if possible, and leave out the sugar. ;-)

i guess sugar is in the recipe to neutralize tomato paste sourness. You don't want to have sour taste with this much of dairy in there 😂
