This Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is one of my favorite pasta dishes! 😋
I have prepared a delicious creamy pasta recipe that you can make at home without going to a restaurant 👩‍🍳
It's easy and great for dinner!

Ingredients: (Servings: 2)
● Chicken breast - 450 g (2 pieces)
● Mushrooms - 200 g
● Salt, black pepper
● Pasta Fettuccine - 250 g
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Cream - 450 ml
● Parmesan cheese - 70 g
● Parsley
● Olive oil, butter
● Olive oil - 3 tbsp
● Onion - 1 pc
Tips:
● If you omit parmesan cheese, add more salt
● If you don't use butter, you can replace it with olive oil

Hello! I am watching from Malta. I really enjoy your cooking recipes because the videos are not too long, the ingredients simple, and the method is magical! A few weeks a go I did a similar recipe to this, but added blue cheese to the cream, along with nuts and nutmeg. It came really good. Interesting how adding the ingredients at different stages affects the flavour, like adding parsley towards the end.

Надо было брать более жирные сливки или к этим добавить немного муки, что бы соус был немного гуще. Так же сливочное масло не надо кидать при обжарке лука, это просто понизит температуру кипения, а сливочный вкус "потеряется" в ещё свежем луке, его лучше добавлять под конец или с грибами. Так же опасно заливать мало жирные сливки, так они могут свернуться в блюде, именно для этого надо добавлять в сливки или молоко, немного муки. Свежую зелень, так же лучше добавлять уже в готовую порцию на тарелке, для сохранения вкуса зелени и разделения блюда, так как зелень может перебить сливочный вкус соуса или же наоборот, "потеряться" в нем. Феттучини получились вкусные. Вместо грудки использую филе бедра, оно и сочнее, и вкуснее (для нашей семьи). Немного густоват соус, показалось сначала, но макароны пропитались хорошо. Спасибо за рецепт. P.S. Кому видео кажется долгим, но рецепт подходит, можно использовать бегунок времени. Посмотрел, сколько курицу жарить, продвинул бегунок до следующей временной отметки и т.д. К чему негатив?

This is a traditional northern Italian dish & you could add grated nutmeg for extra flavour to the cream. I usually add a lot more Parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce as well. Your recipe is gorgeous 🤌
