I don't know if you've had the opportunity to read “The Skeptics”, there are characters who communicate by telepathy and their dialogues use balloons with a double wavy line that is very effective.

Something else I've seen is actually not a comic book, but a video game example! Mario and Luigi: Dream Team gets a similar telepathic effect by using no bubble at all! (Iirc there's a little extra outline around the lettering to make it more legible...)The game also usually uses pitched blips to stand in for voices speaking but these telepathic messages have no "voice" at all! It's super clever!

I read the spyxfamily manga where the main character is a telephatic mind read/psychic and the author did a similar way with the second example you shown in the video! He also uses slightly opaque texts for telephatic thoughts :)

My favourite way of doing telepathy is to have a traditional thought balloon over the character who's mind is getting read then have the character that's reading their mind stare at them directly as that have a thought bubble with more faded lines that has the same text in it.
