Well they have to its buisness I mean look at it from a street level an 8ball might cost 150 or 200 you ain't gonna pay that all the way up to the zip think of the artists that dont deliver any bread that's like droppin all that in a pot and it dont come back. Fuck the money if someone is willing to give you that you probably are on already they dont sign you for talent Period. If you even consider signing a deal shit go on KZbin do some dilligance and learn what certain words or terms mean I've literally learned everything damn near from KZbin but we had someone approach us offering a deal to help us promote they were an investment firm for entertainment and I decide to decline the offer because of what it entailed. I'd say fuck what they think you're worth you gotta ask yourself are ok for x amount of dollars having someone in charge of you, you dont own your masters, they tell you when you're allowed to release and so on..... Build a website (which is as easy as makin facebook damn near) with wix or weebly brand yourself design clothes (which is easy through other sites) you literally can advertise it and order only when someone else does so no money needed and put your music on a site like tunecore and have it get to spotify iTunes all that and even have them run ads on KZbin all on your own. Oh and you can even have a virtual terminal or credit card scanner on your site for sales which again costs no money all that shit for free besides your publishing which is like 20 a year not bad

Uber makes the money by sitting and clicking buttons In a cubicle. The person gets to where they need to go. You use your own vehicle and pay taxes on what you make at the end of the year. Plus wear and tear, gas, insurance and upkeep of your vehicle. Who is winning??? Certainly not the driver lol.
