If anyone likes The Fault In Our Stars then I recommend Me Before You by JoJo Moyes. It's more grown up than TFIOS, it's about two adults instead of teenagers, but both storylines are beautiful and if you read the synopsis for MBY you'll understand.

If you like The Fault in Our Stars you'd probably like Wonder by R.J. Palacio. Mainly because of how people may treat you because of the way you look or your disease. I really love both and you should DEFINITELY read Wonder!
