I love this video! Been a fan for a while so this included some great past memories. The one thing I have to say though that has always bothered me about some of your past videos is the idea that we all have the same time in the day. Especially your Beyonce analogy. That is so not true. Some people have fatigue, chronic illness, some people have to take care of sick parents, some people have kids, some people have to work 3 jobs to get out of generational poverty. Others on the other hand may have a ton of money, be completely healthy, love in very safe areas, or have hired a bunch of people to take care of some of the day to day.

I think what helps, at least for me because I have a similar issue that you have, is watching/learning/reading material that lines up with your specific situation. Support content creators that have a similar lifestyle to you. Not every piece of advice is one size fits all. If you feel like a piece of advice or certain tips are not something that works out for YOUR life, then you are not obligated to follow it. The thing about starting is mainly to take steps, big or small, to be more proactive with your life. Think of the reasons why you want to bring change in your life, where in your life that needs changing, and how are you going to bring change into your life (what action steps are you going to take). And don't be afraid to ask for extra help from loved ones and/or professionals. There are three currencies in life: Time, Money, and Knowledge. Figure out which one you need more of and figure out how are you going to use the other two to get it. Or maybe you need two out of the three, then choose which one can help you the most to obtain the other two.

I just recently turned 21 and I feel like I’ve been stagnant for a long time now, not moving up. And your videos have helped me trust myself and start doing small actions every day to reach my goals. It’s going very slowly to say the least but at least I’m moving. And I’m so grateful for you and the videos you post. You actively change people’s lives every time you drop a video. Love you ♥️

I know this took a while to put together...i love it, the melding of past & present with an always consistent message. And the "I don't ever want to go back to that again" is such a good scary motivator. A bad injury kept me out of service most of 2022. I'm almost back to "right before it happened," but i'm not waiting. I'm pulling up my socks and heading down the trail of improvement! Things will be completed this year, new things will be started!

Why is it that i feel the part where you are standing infront of the pink GMGL Background that motivates so much? (the first one at the rather beginning) Are you standing? Do we see more gestures than ususal! Most authentic ever! Helps me also to concentrate on you when theres nothing than a wall in the Background i just figured! Love the whole Video 🙏

Amy this was great video to walk down memory lane of some of your precious videos:) I loved seeing your previous locations and remembering where I was in my own journey when you posted years ago. I feel like we’ve been friends forever. 😊. You inspired me today to STOP & clear my schedule & climb the correct latter:). Also DO It!!! Just do the thing! You’re so right we really need to use the resources we have at our fingertips now. I actually was at church this morning telling my bestie who is a mama to many kiddos & works part time & homeschools like me that ITs my time this year to do more of what I love!!!!!! I’ve served everyone else & their needs & I must prioritize ME!!! Sounds selfish but I’m 42, I’m homeschool mama to 6 kiddos (10,12,14,16,17,20). I’m part to full time Human resource director of a company my husband owns, we have 13 employees, office staff, field crew & there’s LOTS OF brain draining meetings we have as business owners as we are growing & learning what our company needs. I love how you mention pivoting bc my dream is to record videos to coach & encourage other business women that have families & busy lives but are hustling for a good, safe & healthy balance for themselves & their families, it is possible but it’s WORK!! Sometimes we have to do work that we don’t necessarily want ti do but we know it will lead to a bigger goal😊. Staying focused & shifting things as we go so that we don’t burn out is important & prioritizing family first is important for us I know God has so much more in store to use my gifts and I’m looking at what I can say more no to of so I can say YES to what fuels my passion and gifts! Thanks for sharing sweet lady! (((Hugs))) from Gettysburg ;).

Wow that was a really useful vid, I thought you was literally lifting the out of my mind. Very helpful indeed. Keep it up. On the point about the husband thought, I think he is only speaking from his point of view and should not be thought of as bing wrong, which he isn't. He wants the best for his child.

This video really coincides with the book I’m reading “The One Thing” by Gary Keller. Very well edited- taking all of that archival footage while keeping a strong concise message. This video really is a great showcase of how you’ve put out such valuable information and strong effort to help others. Coffee cheers from Maine! 🙂
