Yeah, I’m 20 and 6 months and I pretty much wasted my teens playing video games and watching porn. So much potential wasted by bad habits I’ve formed through these addictions. I’ve wasted time I could’ve spent learning new skills, never had a gf, (my porn addiction has affected my chances), never hit the gym that often, didn’t really socialize too much, etc. it’s hard to stop constantly thinking about the past without becoming depressed and wasting more time thinking about the past with suicidal thoughts looming overhead, (i know it sounds pretty stupid to be contemplating suicide over regret). this video helped open my eyes a bit on how to resolve this shit show of a life I’ve made for myself, though it will be hard. thanks for the video

Me too bro! Video games are great IF you play them to enhance life rather than replace it. Once the game becomes a replacement for real life, that's when it becomes an issue.

Honestly, no. The fundamental issue is still there; you're dissatisfied with your life. Focus on improving your life in all aspects (control what YOU can control), and let the relationship come to you naturally. From there, your PMO addiction will slowly begin to fade away.

I'm honestly too ill-informed to give advice about that. However, I'd encourage you to not limit your options to ONLY the US. There are plenty of cheap countries that serve as digital nomad hotspots. Focus on providing value online, and you can take advantage of those opportunities and get ahead MUCH faster than you would in the US.
