You are not anyone else. You are you. A solution that works for one person won’t be the solution for you. No one in the history of human existence can ever take credit for any anything in life. All your achievements, success, IQ, personality, looks and all the hard work you put in all come from chance and luck. From chance and luck you get your genetics and dna. Genetics opens the door to all the good and bad that comes your way in life. You are not who you think are. Be humble and appreciate what you have. Love is anxiety. Attachment is suffering. Life is suffering. Everything we do is out of fear and love. Live everyday like it’s your last. Tomorrow is not promised. Tomorrow does not exist. In the end nothing matters. When the brain dies consciousness dies.

ypur trapped in a belief system that you can not prove to yourself or anyone else. why wouldnt you have chosen to come here chosen your dna and chosen your lessons for your soul to grow? see we cant prove either mindset or belief system but 1 is more life giving then the other. 1 gives you your power back while one lets you be at the mercy of luck. we can prove however we are multidimensional beings having a human experience. we can prove we have a magnetic force about us that attracts certain experiences to us. we do have a vibration that ad you heal and raise it your life circumstances get better. god is a frequency you can choose to tune into and become choice is yours keep fighting for your limitations or step into your divinity

You should never be goal oriented, you'll be doing things just to reach a goal, it's an endless loop of wanting more and not being satisfied.

Man! I can’t agree more! I’m so devastated by this world shitty norms and the herds like hustle culture and poisonous norms! We doubt ourselves when we say that our goal is to just BE and LIVE, and like the shitty norms say “oh really lol”!!! I’m sick of this world! And I can’t accept delusions and dishonesty and paid price for that, and I don’t know if it’s good or bad!

Wow. Such a simple and short comment can have such an impact. I never thought about this but you're right. It should be about improvement and consistent steps toward your overall vision of who you want to be. This is very good advice. Thank you for the pearl. A salesman once said that the reason he did so well with sales is because it was his job to advise people about what their options were. An advisor role vs. salesman role lol. They're exactly the same but the mindset changes everything 😉😄

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,615 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@Insanityltself Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZbin channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZbinr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this KZbin thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

As someone who has lived an interesting life, even though the extent of my dysfunction through mental disorder has really only ever become clear to me over the past few years (which, admittedly, is not a happy story)... I can say the following. 1. Guard your baseline. Whatever it is. Physique, wit, general knowledge, art... Whatever keeps the foundation of what you can and want to bring, maintained. Never, ever allow yourself to fall through that floor. Because as long as you don't, you can always latch on - AND you may build some character on top of that. For me this was sports, and now it's becoming making music (which is a whole other level of suffering). 2. Take ownership of what and who you are. Don't hide from yourself. This process can take years, and it's the positive side of what could otherwise be construed as a total breakdown of your being as envisioned by yourself. These are all perspectives, and you have the power to accept the facts AND still come up with a perspective that can serve you. But this is the only way to peace, and it takes a lot of ammo out of other people's hands. 3. Give small things every day. Giving meaning nothing more than making a conscious choice to be a positive influence on someone else's day, life... Whatever. Can be so much as a conscious effort to give your best help, your best smile... Small things. 4. I'll let you know when I get there.

Thank you , yes the lost feeling. Crikey I’ve sort of had a problem for a long time. That’s not having a closer connection or intimacy with my wife. The challenge is to create more openings for more connections over the holiday period. I went to see a PT / Personal life coach the other day with the intention of looking building confidence in talking out loud in a group or public speaking, it’s my big birthday coming up and figure I might have to say something to everyone, yikes! . But I came out with a totally different thing I have to work on , and that’s my personal one to one time with my wife. It was totally weird how I thought I needed one thing and someone else putting a finger on the HUGE thing in the room. Cheers anyway I’m a keen listener and follower and still working my way through your Shadow Work 31 day challenge. 🌟

I am feeling incompetent lately, mentally exhausted and that I lost that magic touch I used to have involving myself into projects, I used to be more motivated and full of energy in the process, now I feel kind of sluggish and seem to handle stress way less than I used to I am still a goal oriented and highly creative artists but it seems I need a break I guess idk , I just turned 33 a few days ago.

but.... I don't know why we have to be motivated in the first plaace... it was our childhood dream to eat chips, sweets, play xbox, watch TV and movies, listen to music all we want... not have to clean up, and not be in school or not work. go have fun at theme park. Why do we have to be an adult? Why do we have to be a parent or a spouse? Just living with parents and work whenever we feel like it. Own pets. Drinking all the kool aid and coca cola.... Drive anywhere and go party. That's a good life right there.
