Can happen to any 4 stroke engine, some more than others especially if it spent a little time on it's side. Check the oil and battery, then pull the plugs out and crank it over to clear the cylinders.

@chrisw5911 gas/oil goes into the carb/intake and directly into an open intake valve into the cylinder. Try to crank the engine and it's hydrolocked will bend a rod

Why would you start it after tipping it back onto it's side?!?! Wouldn't you want to tip it upright? It won't get oil while it's on it's side.

Just pull the plug, and puke the oil out of the cylinder. Be back running in 15 minutes.
