This tip is so helpful to people. I have had sales "In Process" for over a year. Since I never checked I didn't know. I found out about it myself last Christmas and now I make it a habit to check on months end at the same time I balance my books.

hello im so confused with poshmark right now im very new to this as in i just started today listing stuff and a buyer asked me to sent them the pictures directly towards email because they couldn’t view the image well i thought his was an innocent question and so i did and they said that they already paid and that I should’ve received an email asking to confirm the purchase were its asking for my billing information and card information and i understand that’s really suspicious but again im new to poshmark so im not sure if that is really how selling items work or not so if you could please do a quick run down and how i would know when someone’s purchased my item id be very grateful 🙏

I had the opposite happen. I had purchased an item. The seller had not shipped it out in the “3 day time frame”. I received an email from Poshmark saying that they reminded the seller. Then a few days later, I received a few packages and went in to click on the “Received button”. I accidentally clicked received on the item that was not sent to me. I sent out a message to the seller and poshmark. Haven’t hear back from either about the accident and it’s been a week and the money was sent to the seller. So I lost out on that one. 😢

Oh no, that is so frustrating. 😞 You would think that it would be an easy open/close case if there wasn’t ever any progress on the tracking. I really hope that it’s just taking a little bit of time to get back to you and that you’ll get a resolution. But yeah, that’s terrible. I am so sorry to hear that. 🙁

Hey I had someone who try to buy somthing from me and they said my payment didn’t go thru! Because I didn’t activate my account with an express card I thought I was able to use my debit/PayPal Can you help me figure that is?

guys if this ever happens to you don’t do it!!! its a scam!!! I was very hesitant and contacted poshmark they said basically it was a scam good thing I didn’t send any money 😅😅😭OMG imagine??!! 😭
