Just a thought, sometimes i wonder if this and other channels like this are generated by a high % of AI, like the key words plugged in to ChatGPT, make a bunch of profound statements on this subject, narrate it with this type of voice, then have a back drop of inspiring looking images. Voila, an easy place for people to land to feel better about themselves and learn some buzzy vernacular on self transformation. Lol. But, yes, some of this channel has me for a bit here and there. Good job regardless of how you make these.

I've been lied about and misunderstood to the point that I started to believe the lies and it left me broken for decades and I never thought I could even start to heal,but here I am at almost 55 years and I'm doing it little by little day by day,be mindfully of your thoughts, your mind lies to you and drags you back to the past and negative thinking,its our job to recognise it and stop it in its tracks,I never believed I could do it but I am,I catch myself and think why am I thinking like this then the thought comes oh its the mind trap again and I turn it around I think oh yes they did that or they thunk that and I just think so what, who cares,not me,don't let people live in your head,replaying the same hurts over and over because your mind gets addicted to the negativity so it traps you into mostly thinking that way and if you don't stop it it gets worse and you suffer not them,I was told this over and over and my mind couldn't accept it for year's till one day it stuck just be mindful of how your thinking,you repeat the same thoughts over and over if you not keeping an eye on it,it takes time but it does work keep at it till it sticks but always check your thoughts throughout the day as they can sneak back in if you don't.
