I found the information given in this video very intriguing and helpful. I believe finding the state of FLOW especially in a working environment is very important because the number of distractions can truly contribute to the inability to complete the task before you and by being able to get back into that state afterwards would be important attribute to moving ahead and not being hindered the rest of the time the task is before you.
