Hi Phillip, this was a good intro video. I like how you presented the info. This is the first of your videos I have seen, but since it was so helpful, I LIKED and SUBSCRIBED to your channel to learn more from you in the future. I have not yet opened a POD store (on Merch or anywhere), so have a lot to learn. I liked this video, but encourage you to make another on this tool (Produktor) and go slower or give more reasoning why it is good to select one option or another. I think demonstration of the tools is good, but a more in-depth guide to using it most effectively (based on your experience and insights and use) would probably help more people, and get your video ranked higher and thus help your channel. So, I suggest a more (in-depth), longer, slower, video with tips on each option and why you choose those, etc. I think that would be a very good/popular video for Merch users and others like myself who are just learning the platform. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

Hello Steadman! Thanks a lot for the like and subscribe and I am glad you enjoyed the video! Also, Thank you for your long comment and in depth feedback! I agree with you, these faster paced videos might not be ideal for beginners who are just starting out. However, I am also trying to cater to intermediate/ more experienced POD sellers, who might find the more lengthy/ in-depth videos boring. They would probably be more prone to stop watching if I mention a lot things which are "obvious" to them. That's not to say I won't make more in-depth Tutorials in the future, but I would probably title them differently like "How to Upload to Merch by Amazon with Productor (Beginner's Guide)" I only just started this channel recently, so I still have a lot more to share :)

@@PhilipAnders Understood. To be frank, there are many POD (“How to make money”) videos on KZbin, from many channels. Most just gloss over things, don’t go deep enough. I think if you provide more depth, with several follow up videos (that can be shorter), with titles that tie into the first video (as a series) you will get more subscribers and shares and your channel will be different from the herd and thus grow. Anyway, I do appreciate your sharing of what you know and do. I am hoping to learn more. :)

@@PhilipAnders One question for you. I know your title says “Free.” I have never used Chrome, or apps from it. Is this particular app (Productor) really FREE to use forever? Or is it a limited trial period free? Is there a hidden subscription cost later? I took a quick look at the linked page and did not see anything about price, but am unfamiliar with the google store apps. I would be using it on a MAC. Please confirm whether it is “free long term” or “free for a trial period” and if for a trial, how long? And if a subscription app, how much? Thanks.

I am not associated with productor so I can't confirm it's going to be free forever. But the extension has been around for I believe a least 3 years at this point and I have never seen it costing any money. To be honest even if you had to pay a fee, I would still pay it as it saves a ton of time and helps prevent rejections (strikes against your merch account) which is very valuable. I am not sure how or if chrome extensions work on Mac but I am very sure there will be a way to use it on Apple devices as well.

@@PhilipAnders I got approved first time. I am also part of the Amazon Influencer Program. That is how I know Adam. I also got approved first time there. I have not done anything with Merch yet but I look forward to diving in. I am an Artist and previously sold my art/printed items on Etsy. This was a very long time ago but I was there for 4 years and had an active tribe and made many sales. It was a lot of work compared to Amazon Merch. Adam has told me it would be easier that I create my own designs seeing as I am an artist anyway, and I thought the same. I am going to go with the trends and pick some niches and then create out of the bat. It is very easy for me to draw anything.

Seems to me productor is too strict with keywords and aiding in getting designs rejected. For instance if i use the word ‘money’ in a phrase(obviously trademarked 1mil phrases) it will cause a rejection. Do i need to manipulate listing text to avoid one word?? Anybody else notice this?

I want to make a design that says “Hippie Soul” But because (example) ‘Dont worry be hippie’ is indeed trademarked the ONE WORD associated with 025 will flag it and it will get rejected. Am i crazy?

@@CynosureBeats if a phrase is trademarked you should be able to use the individual words within the phrase. As long as they are not trademarked on their own. I recommend watching my more in depth trademark guide video. That might help you

Sorry but I can't judge that, as I only use amazon ppc and haven't been doing that very long either.
