Today I made a lemon pound cake that fills your mouth with the refreshing lemon scent.
I think lemon cake is a cake that everyone, regardless of gender or age, likes.
I added BooneBake-style beauty to the lemon pound cake I often make.
If you want a more special lemon pound cake, give it a try.
Of course, the taste is also guaranteed.
You also really liked the lemon pound cake among my previous videos.
Some people say that it is annoying to cook it in a double boiler.😅
So this time I didn't double boil it, but I made it very moist.
Also, the reason it is so soft and moist despite reducing the amount of butter is because of the homemade butter milk.

It is easier to make the candied lemons used for decoration a day in advance.
And it was nice to be able to make warm tea with the leftover syrup and lemon.
I made orange icing by adding orange juice.
I liked it even more because it had a subtle scent.
Of course, you can also use lemon icing.😊

● Candied Lemon Slice (Candied Fruit)
1 Lemon
250g water
250g sugar
● Lemon Cake
[Mold size: (15.5cm*7.5cm*6.5cm(H)) ]
50g milk
15g lemon juice
100g sugar
1 Lemon Zest
2 eggs
1g salt
3ml Vanilla extract
105g cake flour
2g baking powder
80g unsalted butter
● Orange icing
65g powdered sugar
12~15g orange juice (or lemon juice)
● Lemon Syrup
15g lemon juice
10g water
20g sugar
