I had Kundalini symptoms from October 2023 til April 2024. I had my Kundalini awakening 4/24/24. Now I'm doing shadow work and feeling much better. Still a lot of energy blocked in my lower back I wake up to every morning but came up from my left hip finally. I'm fatigued alot still and out of energy pretty quickly. Feeling tingles in my head and grounding as much as possible. I live in Alaska so it's a little hard to sun gaze cuz sun down around midnight. And sun up at 4 am. I'm learning to handle and acknowledge my spiritual awakening little by little. Had sinusitis 3x in March so bad I looked like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. I had to get medicine to get it out of my nose. Cleanse your self and your home and do yoga to get out blocked energy.

Try ignore it. Though it is out of world, could be disturbing bt euphoric also. Whenever you feel this way give intentions... whatever my body can contain plz be there & any extra energy goes down to earth for healing mother earth or goes back to source. Learn to shed all those emotions which don't serve you anymore. Do grounding & don't get attached to any experience. Just offer gratitude for making you it's vessel. @@Heatheristheshizz yes,,had to keep scratching hard and do a dig rub with nails on the other hand…….have you tried seeing the energy that comes from finger tips……in case you don’t know, here’s how to do it….Dim light on a night time, bstand in front of a white or grey wall about 5 feet away. Hold Your arms out, relax at the elbows slightly, bring your fingers together with your thumb…..focus your vision not directly at them but, just past them. Your intention now is to see the energy…slowly open finger tips, like hold a boil egg….slowly draw them together again and repeat slowly …..(it may not happened straight away, may have try next night or so). Then a purplish black haze smoke will come out of finger..then you can start to make it bigger and smaller….can get up to about 20 cm the last time I tried…..take care..God bless You.

I too was falsely led by the thumbnail picture of glowing hands for some months, I have been experiencing high, kinetic energy with literal sparks and rivers of fire that follow my fingers across my blanket and pillow. I too had many failed back surgeries. But let me tell you, Find the info on your body energy and body blockages to help you understand what and why it is blocked. Find yoga for that body part. if too stagnant like now most having back pains, do your Shadow work as well. right now ALOT of us are having major back pains from the solar flares. They said NOTHING will stop us and this from happening. Change your thoughts, change your life! I can't tell you how important this is for ascension, We have 3 days til summer strawberry solstice. Get into nature, be one with it, meditate and see. Good luck

Something happened to me the other day during meditation. My both hands were open. Until I felt energy in my both hands. It started from the tips of my fingers, then suddenly I felt that there were balls of energy on the top of my both palms. In circular motion clockwise both at the same time. I don't know what is that, I didn't open my eyes to see if those balls of energy were visible. It lasts for a few minutes because I decided to stop it slowly by closing my palm. This is when I also discovered something strange in a vivid dream I seen a glass pad why two giants was fighting I walked past them they didn't even notice me as if they couldn't see me when I got to the chair black chair with a glass free it look like three glasses thick when I put my hand on it it lit up it was akashic records so I believe at that time somehow I knew what to do the moment I seen the chair and the Grass pad today I wouldn't I'm glad it happened because I'm a different person I'm someone else I've seen a lot and I've seen so much has happened it would take for a long time to explain maybe one day I'll do a video and explain everything that happened through this spiritual awakening along with the ESP and intuitive which I've been like this as a child and I always see the number ever since 2017 1144 I found out what binary codes was today when I went to work out today which they weighed me and when they weighed me the number come up 1 1 4. 4 and it's May 19th 2024 this number I see everyday 1144 or 144 everyday
