How often should I use serum for hair growth and how do I use serum when already using mielle (I know it’s not a serum). I'm so happy I found your Channel, I've been having trouble for 3 years Trying to grow my hair back. I keep my hair in a pixe cut just because I'm embarrassed to show My Thining hair. At this point my hair is barely growing its shedding very bad. I don't know where to start. I'm so tired of taking pills. I don't know what else to do I really really need help. You have to do multiple things to your hair all at once. Not just one thing. I'm 63. I take Geritol liquid. It's iron, which is good for blood flow to the scalp. I get my hair trimmed 3-4 months apart. Before I wash my hair I use aloe vera juice with an oil I use it is made with coffee before I comb my cornrowed hair. I give myself scalp massages at this time. Black hair is not easy to grow if you have slow growth.See shaniquaa jahyy. She is talking about growing your hair with grease and oil. How I grow my hair with grease. Sulpher 8. Doo grow oil and grease, wild growth blue magic blue grease and jbco. You mix all ingredients together put it in a bottle. Cornrow your hair and put this mixture between your cornrows. 3tablespoons from each item. Make it liquidity with the help of the oils. Stick with it if u use this.also when you wash your hair use a mask of 1 banana and a small avocado if u have medium hair.

@@ladyrenea3130 the quarter is in and im currently intermitten fasting, eating foods with natural occurring probiotics such as kimchi, seurkreut,pickled bean sprout (etc), im also removing sugars and going gluten free, taking health promoting supplements, trying my best to go low fodmap. Also, im being sure to not do all of these at once, I start one thing, and make sure I stay on it for a week to a couple of weeks, then add something else to do, that way my body is not screaming at me. Im really focusing on adding protein since im vegetarian, and in turn it's been really helping with my sugar cravings.

I do not. Not usually recommended for premenopausal women but post menopausal women are cool

​@@zainahaddad1127 I'm post menopausal and my doctor just prescribed it to me a couple of weeks ago. I have the one with the minoxidil and finasteride mixed together for my thinning crown. I also take the doxycycline and an ontiment for inflammation that I rub on my scalp.
