Great job and another great video. You go to great extremes setting up cameras and sorting shots like opening the hood of jeep and camera outside... then inside. Alot of extra work for you to edit but makes better videos for us to watch. Your girls are a credit to ya. Great worker's and camera crew. Mammy & daddy must be so proud.💝💗

Adrian, flew all the way from Boston and stalked you down until we met on the road. Aside from all the hard work you do on your farm and your skillset of fixing, repairing and improving your day to day processes you were on your way to do the school run with 2 cubs in tow. Some man for 1 man. Would love a farm tour next June and I will bring me wellies. Keep these videos coming. Boston Brian.

Nice video Adrian Tip when greasing the pivot bushes on the front axle take the weight off by lowering the loader and lifting the front of the Tractor it allows the grease go around the top where its needed alternatively if no loader is fitted Jack up the front until the weight is off . It will save a lot of grief later with you're 4wd

Obviously, you're a well-practiced Dad by now, but the image I'm getting of your little shortcake riding in Dad's baby-backpack while you're doing the milking just gives me the giggles, lol. But you know, I've noticed that most animals, especially if they've had a baby of their own, are super interested in human babies too. I hope you and your littlest one had some fantastic bonding time. 🥰👶🐄

Tidy stack, with the double wraper on the fusion, put one roll of black plastic and one roll of white plastic, that`ll save the daughters time painting. Or maybe u have an artist in the making. I find the new shiny wrap is a landing zone for the bird life, solution crow banger in the field , and then for a couple of days beside the stack, just till the wrap weathers. Enjoy the posts.

just a quick one. I notice that you always seem to start the mower when its down on the ground. We would always start it in the up position (same positon it would be at the headland) and then increase the revs to 540 and drop on the move. I had been told to do it that way by a local contractor that used to do our mower to prevent loading on the mower and tractor at start up due to the grass.

For stacking the second row should be stepped back 50% from the bales underneath them, they could fall over when they settle, just for future!

Around 15-20 round bales of straw does us Seamus, we only use it to bed and feed calves

Great job Adrian. Handy tip.. Throw a couple of old front tyres onto the concrete and set bales on them that you’re for stacking up. Easier to lift and rollers don’t scrape along the concrete.

I might be wrong and I know its ur 1st time but usually people would put 2rows down 1st and then put the bales up in the middle of the bottom bales as it's stopped the top bales from falling if u put them straight up in a line
@IFarmWeFarm2 жыл бұрын
Yes your probably right, stop the bales from falling over. There fairly firm bales because of the dry weather so they should be ok. Haven’t moved yet anyhow 🤞

@@hughcarrigan7824 ya my brother had the bales up3 high like a wall on top of each other in a straight up in 1row and i could see they were going to fall so we took them down and started again with 2 rows
@pauljamesfitzmaurice31922 жыл бұрын
@@IFarmWeFarm something u might want to look into i think if you want to go up 3 high i think de bales have to be on a concrete yard but I could be wrong about that
@hughcarrigan78242 жыл бұрын
Solid hard-core ground would be good enough, just keep stepping back with each row, sometimes the bottom bales.can loose shape but they will hold good for a number of years
