My name is Malik Chitour, I am in charge of the Hyva Container handling product line at Hyva and I am pleased to showcase our brand new Titan PRO Hookloader on display here during IFAT in Munich.
As many of you know already, Hyva has been successfully serving customers worldwide and developed a very strong presence and technical expertise.
We have built a world-renowned brand and legacy in the container handling business, rivaling with best industry players.
We offer Hookloaders ranging from 1 to 30 tons and for a wide spectrum of applications such as: Waste and recycling but also, Construction, Agriculture, Transport, and logistics.
By Putting our customers at the center of our attention and thanks to in-depth interactions we have with truck drivers, workshop technicians, and customers in general, we could grasp what end-users expect from Hyva Hook loader and shaped our product vision consequently.

So, what about having an overview of the 21 tons Titan PRO key innovations ?
1. By being significantly lighter (namely: 210 Kgs less weight than a comparable 20 tons), this machine will help you reduce fuel consumption, lowering CO2 emissions, and get ready for Electric Vehicles!
2. A lower build-up height (220 mm- one of the lowest in the industry) will allow for increased volume transport and optimized payload as well as a lower center of gravity (positive effect on driving and cornering)
3. Moreover, You will be able to save time and increase the efficiency of your workshop through a faster and seamless installation experience enabled by:
o An Innovative underframe design with boltable (thus movable) cross members and container supports
o A complete range of simplified truck specific mounting kits adapted to different OEM chassis configurations (plates)
4. When it comes to the control of the Titan Hookloader PRO is being taken to an unrivaled level of ergonomic and ease of use thanks to the brand new Radio Remote Control, TRR PRO, featuring:
o An Improved user experience thanks to larger buttons -Allowing you to easily operate with gloves
o Illuminated buttons and backlighting will facilitate the operation in low luminosity environments
o Advanced options such as Programmable multi-cycle operation (one-handle control) will significantly simplify the operation of the Hookloader and gives you additional flexibility
5. Looking at the overall look of the machine, The Slenderer while lighter lifting arm octagonal design coupled with a wear-resistant boltable pick-up hook (easier to replace) gives a sharper look while highly reinforcing the durability
6. Our attention also went to the serviceability and durability of the equipment warranting an excellent value for money throughout the product lifecycle and outstanding residual value. Furthermore, you will benefit from best of breed extended Warranty conditions for the German market
7. Lastly, an additional 24 tons machine will bring our range offering to one of the most comprehensive in the industry.

Not happy with Hyva , too many sensors that go off. Got set up 2 yers old , and got already problems with pressure sensor valvs and other hydrolycs units, no damage, just very poor engineering solutions on "wear and tear". Now waiting when engineer comes from holiday to see truck , and work is on the stop 😓
