@@algoriithmtheproducer After the first hard set Sam literally says ''I like it'' when being asked why he goes heavy. That should be enough right? If he likes it let him train like that it is not as if he is doing something very incorrect. If he gets injured yes he will learn, if not even better, not everyone gets injured doing that, he goes heavy in rep ranges of 6-10 reps, that is way less injury prone than going heavy in 1-5 reps.

Samson is an inspiration indeed.I think sam needed to hear this critiquing. He has tons of potential. I definitely took something away from this video just hearing what samson had to say. When he said, when you lift heavier weight than you should be,( and not that you're not capable of lifting it) you tend to loose focus of the goal of breaking down the muscle and the slow eccentric and squeeze at the top and tend to focus on just moving the weight. Solid advice coming from a professional bodybuilder.

Now look at Ronnie Coleman he can barely move, although impressive his method of training shouldn’t be mimicked.

Samson is the man. Sam is the man for being willing to listen and learn. Wish I had a mentor in the gym like this.

I feel like Samson is one of the nicest guys not just in bodybuilding. The way he approaches to talk to Sam about his form and training style is just awesome ... and I think for most of us, a great note to always keep in mind or at least more times than often to consider.

👏🏾Excellent video!🔥🔥🔥Dope to see Samson in coaching mode. I always tell guys genetics is one thing & does mean alot, but when you look at these dudes at the top of the sport there's definitely a method to the madness that isn't just simply lifting heavy weight, great form with a great stretch & great contractions will always build a great physic!💯💯💯

Honestly Samson was dropping some great advice. Bodybuilding isn’t about being strong, it’s about growing the muscle in the most efficient way possible. “Do you want to be strong, or do you want to be grow muscle”. Took notes from this.

Love that Samson seems to be helping Sam mature in his training. Lifting heavy is great but its not how you win bodybuilding championships.

Sam reps looks remarkable. So much smoother. I hope he continues with this kind of training. It makes so much sense about tearing your muscle trying to bang it out . Anything Samson says I'm listening regardless.
