I think I missed something.. So, I synchronize the Go Bar with my laptop (so I have the 6 LED's switching on towards the center). Then the LED next to 256 and the one above stay on. But then, when I start playing music in Qobuz, let's say at 24 bit 192 khz . Shouldn't the LED next to 192/128 light up then? But 256 stays lit, and the LED above..

Currently have the standard Go Bar which I use Senheisser IE800 IEM’s with Snug custom moulded ear pieces with -curious the difference I would hear with the Kensal edition ?

Is it normal that some weak red lights are always up?

This doesn't sound like normal behaviour, so we'd recommend raising a support ticket at support.ifi-audio.com - give them as much info as you can along with some photos or a video of the lights, and the Technical Support team there will help you figure out what's happening ☺ Hope that helps!
