Due to someone getting covid in my class I had to isolate for 2 weeks and couldn't fly because of it so this is my lesson from my 3 week break from flying. This is also my official hour in the tunnel as it is my 6th lesson, 10 mins each.
Working on:
Transitioning to standing from back flying
Transitioning to back flying from standing
Doing a full transition from back to belly and belly to back without touching the net
walking on the wall back flying
Back flying side slides, turning and going up and down
Improvements:
bringing in my knees instead of pushing my hips forwards when transitioning from back flying to standing
using my arms to create a larger arch when transitioning from belly to back or back to belly
not twisting at the waist when turning
