After another month of Covid lockdown, iFly finally reopened and I started to learn how to do a layout :D
Working on:
General bellyflying
knee flying
back flying
transitions over the feet
Layouts
half barrel rolls
Improvements:
bring arms closer together when doing a layout
straighten body instead of bending when going for layout
fluidity with layout to over the feet transitions
keeping knees forwards while knee flying
keeping shoulders forward while knee flying
