These sim-type driving games would be fun if they ran at a stable 60 fps. But this performance level is simply unenjoyable.

Very rough around the edges, but pretty enjoyable. Hope the developers release numerous patches, bug fixes, and new additional features such as realistic vehicle damage and driver, pedestrian AI improvements.
