Cool, honest and unbiased review. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the video. It’ll be interesting to see if people repurchase CLEAN after the hype dies down considering I had the same conclusion as you with his products. They are good, but nothing I see myself replacing the tried and true products on my shelf with. I used his soap today and actually had some very decent foam @ 2oz. It worked well but again it wasn’t Reset, Incredible Suds or GSF so I will use it but don’t see myself purchasing a gallon or anything in the future. I have not tried his Ceramic Spray yet but I feel the industry including myself are starting to shy away from these type of products that leave strong protection on top of our coatings that are already so good. Maybe one application before snowfall to help withstand winter but other than that I don’t want anything lasting longer than my next maintenance wash.

Or as revisions (V2, V3 etc) find their way into the product line down the road as far more feedback comes in from real world enthusiasts.

I won't buy his products period, not even just to try. His marketing and sales tactics are simply slimy to me. And to be honest i think Pan's channel is going to suffer because of his brand and because of his 2024 awards. Who would want to send him products if he's just going to shout that his products are the best things ever made. And his knowledge of the industry can be found on anyone's channels. I'll stick with DIY Detail, quality products, quality education, quality customer service and ownership. Yvan and Nick are a great duo.

Fair and honest review Jeff , it’s a ok polish but nothing more, I will stick with my 3d one and Koch chemie, your camera work on the close ups is so much better! 🇬🇧

Ooooh! You gota Mirka. That’s a nice one!

I love the mirka. I’ve had it for quite a while (before it was brought to OG and became more mainstream). I wish they would release a 5”

I would totally pay whatever it cost for a 5” Mirka if it’s as good as the 3” is.

I saw your videos on the CLEAN line but I was already too late for the sealant, but I did pick up the tire shine in time since I like the gloss. I've been using Wet Coat and Quick Beads because I like the convenience of rinse coatings. Your review of the polish actually made me want to pick it up when I get into paint correction, and I'll be a noob so a forgiving cut where I can learn without heavy expense.

Get the DIY gold standard and a yellow waffle pad, you won't be disappointed, it's got a longer working time and you can get the pads and polish together

I always wondered what all the german companies, sonax, scholls, koch chemie etc think of spray polishes.
@improvedgarageАй бұрын
in my best German accent "why would you want a spray polish, you can't accurately measure the amount of compound the way you can with a squeeze tip? Spray polishes are silly and inferior". Lol.
@cyclechris6591Ай бұрын
So let me ask the question. What is the best polish you have used on a softer paint, like a Japanese or tinted clear coated paint, mazda 46v soul red, etc? Kc micro? Nv finesse? Uno pure?
@improvedgarageАй бұрын
i have not used finesse or pure. right now the best polish i have had finishing on finicky paint is KCX MC with a KCX purple pad. My green mini clubman gets swirls if you look at it funny, nothing i tried would clean up fully until i pulled MC out. Since then i have a few new polishes that i would like to try next time, like 3d that i think could do a good job.

PPF hides a lot of scratches. If anything, paint correction is more for smoothing out the surface than it is about the actual paint correction itself.
@improvedgarageАй бұрын
I just paint corrected a dodge ram over the weekend and the whole front was ppf’d without a paint correction. The whole hood and both fenders were covered in small scratches you could clearly see through the ppf. It was a shame actually because the ppf job was pretty good otherwise. I assume the customer didn’t want to pay for a paint correction or didn’t know better.

Have never been a fan or believer of “spray” polishes. Btw you might want to use some sort of prep or panel wipe in order to see the true results different polish/compound products provide.
@improvedgarageАй бұрын
I think they are more for efficiency than anything. They aren't really aggressive in my testing. Im guessing you're suggesting the panel wipe to take care of any fillers? I didn't think of that because they wiped off so cleanly. I will in the future.
@G.Dean100Ай бұрын
@@improvedgarage I think by using something similar to GYEON prep you’d be able to see the true results. I am almost positive there are fillers

It doesn’t really need a trigger lock since it’s a 3”. Might need to use 5% if the time or less when doing an entire car.
