Yeah honestly I would argue something like this doesn't fall under fair use at all. With that said, usually for companies like this, the studio/publisher is giving IGN permission to do this.

There's thing thing called fair use and it would not hold up in court as it falls under that. If it didn't, it would have been stopped literally decades ago.

@@kiwisoup not really. Fair use requires that the content be transformative. This isn't really. It's just the cut scenes. The reason it's not in any court is because these companies know it's against their interest to fight this, unlike Nintendo which would go after you.

I love how they recreated the Raiders intro scene-by-scene. Also, the voice acting is not that bad (although they could AI it a bit towards actual Harrison Ford - hell, the man is alive, they could pay him a king's ransom and de-age the voice a bit, intrapolating with the extensive samples we have from his voice from that age).
