@duduh1_ hit Y/triangle after you launch them away to telport into another attack. Hitting B/circle will do the teleport above kick into the ground attack which is a good finisher for those combos, and opens up for a super if you time it

This was actually a really helpful and good video. Ive been playing since Monday and for anyone playing tomorrow definitely watch this. The counters and defense are gonna be very important. Also if you are having trouble with the story, go to the shop and get little capsules to boost your characters.

This is the first DBZ game I've played in this series. I am up to the Frieza fight in Goku episode battle and i kept getting smashed in every fight until i got lucky or just spammed sparking mode until i won. I decided to go to the training mode and my mind is blown by how much there is. I had no idea that there was so much complexity to the fighting. I totally understand why I've lost almost every fight at least once now after just smashing square over and over. I think I'm about to have so much more fun with this game now after finishing training mode.

Here’s a free win guide for you you’re welcome. Use yajirobe, keep spamming counters by holding B or O depending on what you’re playing on. Then use the combo that knocks back the opponent the quickest. Yajirobes parry stuns the person there for quite a long time so you can get it off and they can’t do anything about it. Then charge once they are far enough. Rinse and repeat. Chain in some supers to do some damage and then heal all the way back to full hp with a senzu bean when kind of low. You’re welcome

iirc, for such up attacks (with Up+X on XBOX or Up+Square on Playstation), you need to press the dash button (A on XBOX, Cross on Playstation) to teleport to the opponent. You should be able to then continue from there.
