I’m going to guess that the robbery we see in the trailer with Lucia and Jason is before she goes to jail as she doesn’t have the electronic tag on her leg yet as is shown in the key art. The Dodo plane's first time appearance is not in Vice City but in GTA 3, wasn't it? There is an only one single plane that you can fly in GTA 3, in the airport of the second island.

There are two Dodos parked in GTA III's airport, if memory serves me right. You can spawn one at an Import/Export Garage (forgot its name) once you collect all vehicles for that garage's list.

Really nice list of details, but here are some mistakes that caught my eyes: 1.) Vice City was heavily based on the original Miami Vice series, not on the movie (which was released way after Vice City) 2.) It's not "Pibwasser" but "Pisswasser" 3.) Not every single female NPC you see is Lucia 😂

Vice Dale County is most likely based on Miami-Dade County and is most likely the county where Vice City itself is located. Personal hope is we get a GTA5 style standoff between the various sheriff offices and VCPD.

I’m going to guess that the robbery we see in the trailer with Lucia and Jason is before she goes to jail as she doesn’t have the electronic tag on her leg yet as is shown in the key art. Maybe this is even part of the opening cinematic? It looks to me like all the scenes could be placed together in such a way that they start in the hotel/bedroom and then rob the store only to be chased by the cops and Lucia is then captured in a possible betrayal by Jason being the “bad luck” she talks about. Thoughts?

No one is talking about the picture behind Lucia when she is talking to the prison counselor (or the fact that the windows' sun shadow is reflecting off of her glasses.) Maybe it is the lake in the middle of the map with mountains behind it. More area to the map that wasn't shown.

The bridge at 9:15 is the Bahia Honda bridge. It was an old railway for when the keys were connected only by rail. It’s still there today and is now a state park.
