Jonathan Blow is my favorite and most admired game developer of all time. I played Braid in 2009 and it changed my view on video games forever. Braid also hit me in the right place at the exact right time. I was in the pursuit of a Physics degree at that time, having just lost the one I love, not knowing what awaited me in the future, struggling with the distance between dream and reality, and nobody could understand me. I felt like Tim was the epitome of my life. There are a lot of games I like, but no other game has struck my heart as hard as Braid.

if u look closly at 0:00 you can see the video starting
@youreadthisinyourmindright2604
@youreadthisinyourmindright2604 Ай бұрын
Did you mean : At the precise moment of 0:00, a point in time often referred to as the start or beginning, you can observe the video commencing. The notation 0:00, representing the initial second of the video, signifies the exact instant when the playback begins, analogous to the starting gun in a race or the opening note of a symphony, setting everything into motion. This specific timestamp serves as a universal marker across various media formats, including videos, audio tracks, and digital presentations, denoting the inception of the content. The concept of "seeing" pertains to the act of perceiving visual stimuli through the eyes, a complex process involving the conversion of light into neural signals interpreted by the brain. This biological mechanism can be compared to how a camera lens captures light and processes it into images. Seeing also implies not just the physical act of viewing but also the cognitive process of interpreting and understanding what is observed, much like deciphering the symbols in a painting or reading the expressions on someone's face. The term "video" refers to a sequence of moving images, often accompanied by sound, that is recorded, stored, and transmitted electronically. Videos can range from simple home movies to intricate cinematic productions and can be used for various purposes such as entertainment, education, or documentation. The evolution of video technology, from early silent films to high-definition digital recordings, parallels the development of human communication tools, much like the transition from oral storytelling to written language. The word "starting" signifies the commencement or initiation of an action or process. It implies the moment something begins to function or move, similar to a rocket launching into space or the first drop of rain signaling the onset of a storm. In the context of a video, starting marks the beginning of the visual and auditory journey the viewer is about to undertake, filled with potential narratives, emotions, and information.

I remember playing this game when I was 8, I really liked it. I liked the story telling and puzzles and the unique boss fights. Of course I was 8 and got frustrated easily if I couldn't solve a puzzle and quit. It's definitely worth going back to.
