***** *cough cough* Gta 5 *cough cough* And S.A added more than the trailer showed, like Jetpacks, Retro-Style minigames, loads of other minigames, much better cheats, parachute-ing, The hydra, The hunter, custom cars, buying property, racing, pay TO be flyed to either one of L.S S.F or L.V, underwater exploration, blah blah blah. (After Story mode is complete) Gta Sa, 100% Replay value 2004, Gta V, 5% Replay Value 2013. And S.A.M.P is much better than GTAO. A bit like DayZ is better than Arma2/3.

+Mr Chicken No, it was good but not great. I remember very good, back in 2004 some games magazines already mentioned that the graphic looks a bit old. But it wasn't a problem since the map was gigantic for those times. It is still my favourite game, the story was so much better than in GTA 5, it was a lot more fun. Also the soundtrack was fantastic.

Who complains about bad graphics in San Andreas hasn't understand what the game is about. The atmosphere, the story, the soundtrack, the 90s feeling are just fantastic. I played the storyline about 4 or 5 times on the ps2 back then and since then I guess about over 15 times in the last years, at least once a year. It was a masterpiece, one of the greatest games ever. I couldnt play GTA 5 more than one time because in my opinion the story was too boring.

Playing this game again and it's really amazing how it feels like you're playing a different game everytime you change areas. The shift from "the hood" to the countryside then Fierro being the most glaring. Aside from the dated graphics (that pop in), I'm still having as much or more fun than anything on offer since this game came out.

The game is a jewel, but it is not a cult game, the fact that it is probably the 2nd most known gta, and GTA being along with Mario the most popular sagas of videogames says that it is very commercial just like Trantino movies , GTA is made for everyone although is rated for mature. Games considered cult games are masterpieces but that are not for eveyone and of course not that commercial Just like Silent hill . If you are more demanding we could say Rule of rose which is obviously not for everyone but a damn diamond.

Agreed, many SA characters are endearing, even if annoying. Loved Mike Toreno. Tenpenny was an awesome villain. James Woods and SLJ were epic. Even got used to OG Loc. Even having Axl Rose be the voice DJ Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith was just awesome.
