I'm usually the last person to care about games copying others, since "if it's good, it's good", but man... this feels way, waaaay too on the nose. 😅 There has never been a more clear case. 4:40 could be posted as Horizon footage and there'd be nothing to give the viewers a clue it's not Horizon, either test footage of a weapon or DLC or something. I don't care if you take a ton of creative liberties or inspiration from another company's idea (especially if they're just doing nothing with it for years or running it into the ground) so long as it's fun. The second Horizon game was just awful and really missed the mark as they managed to make it feel clunky compared to the first. It also treats the player like they're stupid, Alloy CONSTANTLY telling you what to do while you're trying to explore. I'd MUCH rather play this than a game that holds your hand like you're a 3 year old child.
