Quick clarification about the Raid Entry Count - that was a mistake on my end and it just means that you only have X raids left that you can enter because of your item level. When you get higher item level and unlock more raids, that number will change. So ignore that part!

A small sidenote for everyone who didn't reach 1580 gear score and is now at the 6:27 mark in the video, you can also try to do a dungeon called "Tower" to get some more Honor leapstones and the other stuff. The Tower is located at the left side on the map in the Military District.

Bro this guide is amazing. I was getting stressed out and confused as a new player but after watching this on the bus I got home and had a new character sitting at 1589.5 in less than 10mins from login. Now I just need to get more gold for the rest.

@@jookapaiva8205 Lmfao i came from t&l back to LA bc leveling traits efficiently without swiping was a fekking pain in the ass. Building up blessing etc to level another one and playing the AH every day to be able to progress was really burning me out. Different folks different strokes i guess but the gearing up in LA is a lot more intuitive to me than T&L where colours dont even mean anything since traits are so damn strong.

@ idk to me t&l traiting was extremely easy and cheap. If you tried LA as completely new player im pretty sure you would have burned out aswell. They give us pretty much zero guidance and had to look all the guides on youtube

the issue with the nexus builds is half of them have big stuff missing currently, and even ones that have pretty much everything have tripod builds with full 10's+ across the board without explaining the priority list so a new player cant tell which things they can afford to miss early.

imho the ignite servers are purely for vets and returning players. imagine beeing new and you have no idea what everything means when you "start" your character after the powerpass. There is such a huge information overflow that is nuts. i was really hoping that the PP is just optional and that you could also experience the normal game progression in 7 weeks as a new player. And if you get comfy, you can still use the PP and progress till you leave the server. But like this, the ignite server is the worst for a completely new player.

Completely agree, I was ~18 hrs when the update came in. Im completely lost. This is NOT beginner friendly AT ALL. Its just throwing you a 100+ hours character with no knowledge of the game itself and expecting you to digest it as fast as possible

I mean any game that gets updates and stuff u will get lost, because it’s information overload and most games don’t do a good job explaining it in game. So you have to watch videos and everything. But this really helps new players, or else there is not point in starting brand new on normal servers, since it’s way worse/ slower.

If you were in same situation as me, and got bad RNG - short of getting the Rising Express upgrade and out of mats. Goto Ignite Event Shop in same tab as Rising Express and use your tokens for more Leapstones/Honor shards

Guys, about the books you wont have enough for every hone at the late stages decay 16-19, so I personally am not using them for 16-18 to save them for the last hone 18 to 19 or 1615 to 1620

Hi, I just came back to the game. I have a 1340 shadowhunter and a few alts far from this level from when I started the game with the global lauch. Is it worth keeping them as alts when I want to transfer the 1620 character ? Or should I just take a fresh start as I assume that all the mats and gear I have are outdated. Maybe there is a feature in game to quickly reach higher levels

I am a new player trying to dip into playing a new game and decided to try out Lost Ark due to Ignite server helping out new players to start, but one of the issue that I have is that I live in a small apartment where I cant make loud noises, so whenever I play other games with my friends, I use chat more than communicating on mic. Would a new player like myself not be suitable to play Lost Ark in the long run?

you learn faster by communicating via discord with people you raid with so you learn mechanics and the game faster. If you are playing solo (which you can up to but not including the end game content), then communication isn't required and you can type everything in the chat. It's more fun to play with people in voice chats if you have friends though

Nope they cant (anything with the "flame" icon in inventory has it written in describtion). Unless you are new player transfering the whole roster. In that case everything is transfered.

What is the maximum raid limit? And does the solo mode count as one entery towards the limit? I was very unlucky on my honing, and need more mats pretty badly, lol

i just did brelshaza solo gates 1-3 and it counts as 1 raid entry. You start with 4 raid entries, get another at 1580 for akkan and im guessing another when u get thaemine. So im pretty sure each character can do all the raids per week!

You finish the 3 quest for every level and there is 4 level the arkesia tour give you collectables like cards and skill point to upgrade your character and to finish for every quest write the quest name in KZbin till u finish every level and claim your reward hope that helps

Regards from igniter server will be charakter or account bound? Should i replace my 1610 charakter (no elxir set, lvl 3 trans)on normal server by igniter charakter or just hone it to t4 and make diferent class on igniter? Other charakter i have are 3x1630 and 2x 1620.

it's really up to you. if you don't have much progress on that 1610 character already, it might be worth just doing ignite server to replace that 1610. however if you already completed elixirs and transcendence on that 1610, then the situation changes.

it takes 1 day to delete a character, so you will have limited chances on this tactic if you want to get some progress in within the first week. if you have bad luck on honing i'd rather suggest pick one bad luck character and do some raids with it. you don't have to gold earn if you want to, but the solo mode tokens will allow you to continue to push any character you want.

do some chaos dungeons on other chars, get more mats from the event shop and the hardest part is 1540-1560 after that its pretty much free as long as you do not pity everything to 1580

Protection (blue stones) and Destruction (red stones) honing cost is not nerfed in Ignite and becomes an awful bottleneck with very few ways of earning them, which I don't think is intended...

They are giving 200k bound gold i think, for transfer one char when the ignite server ends

For gold efficiency, yes. But for new players still trying to find their feet... should probably stay in ignite for as long as newbie lobbies are still filling. Can use all the bound gold earned for elixirs and transcendence so not really losing that much. Also, can keep making and trying new characters freely until they find one that really suits them.

You are getting easy 1620 character plus beefy chest with 200k gold 50m silver and elixir + other end game stuff. So why would you wanna keep the gold you earn? You arent gonna earn 200K anyway so its great that you dont have to think about it and can sink everything into honing.

You can quickly build an alt to 1580 to get free 2k gold. You may need to spend at the solo mode shop for extra mats, but you can get tokens by just doing a solo valtan or something. Just don't get gold from raid if you plan to push to late game week 1.

I had the brel gear 'til I reached the 1570 ilvl and I saw how much it costs for the honing without the new gear buffed... 1950 gold just for the weapon LOLOLOLOL ! meanwhile the veterans will get a new lopang alt at 1620 ilvl and still ruling the game... no need to talk about the nerf gold on ivory tower and akkan... THEY WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND AND STILL LOSE PLAYERS (not a lot coz... there's no more players left lmfao, why am I rofling ? 27k players it certainly the amount of players who quit the game when they nerfed for the first time argos, probably more) ! Stop being fucking dumb. U don't need to enhance past 19 which is where it gets expensive. At full+19 you get a box with the next gear that will get u up to 1620 and that has -80% discount on gold. Learn stuff before u go out there talking shit

The 1950 gold honing cost is because you're trying to hone gear from +19 to +20. Keep gears to +19 then you unlock akkan gear. I'm at 1605 and gold cost for honing weapon is only 380-ish.

many people already reached 1610 on the first day... there are many ways to get extra mats and gold if you need it (indigo island, solo mode exchange, event shop). make sure to claim all your rewards every time you receive them since akkan gear at +12 (given to you for free once you reach 1580), transfer the brel gear into the akkan in case they have higher qualities, then start honing the akkan gear instead (from 1580+ only the akkan gear has buffed honing rates).
